Where was this game at E3?  I can't believe it was excluded once again.  It was unnofficially announced by Miyamoto at E3 2008 and then confirmed to be in development at E3 2009.  

Do you believe it is even still in development?  Maybe the sales of NPC Pikmin 1 and 2 convinced them to scrap it.  What do you think?

it was either cancelled, moved to WII U or they just flat out lied to shut some of you up

No clue...If we don't here about it before E3 is over I think it has either been scrapped or moved to 3DS and/or WiiU.

Well considering how powerful the 3DS is I have no doubt it may have been changed from a Wii project to 3DS. If it wasn't then yes It must have been cancelled as it seems Nintendo has officially abandoned Wii!

Apparently Pikmin 3 has been announced to shift to the WiiU. On one hand I'm thinking that it would be fantastic given the console's interface, but on the other I'm thinking the whole Pikmin 3 saga is becoming like the boy who cried wolf...

If you want to blame anyone, it would be Miyamoto. He'd cancel a completed game if he sees a better fit platform and rebuild it there.

That said, expect to see Pikmin3 to make use of the tablet.
