I did mention 360 getting a possible price cut, and the likely $99 are retail not RRP.

Sony expect to be up 700k YoY, but they're going to need more than Uncharted, Resistance and whatever they have in Q1 next year to do that, so a price cut confirmed for them. MS expect to be above them so they expect like, a 2 mill rise YoY. While Kinect SW alone will do very well and it's in its infancy (so no peak yet effectively) I still think they'll need to cut. $199 bundle perhaps ...

The only hope for Wii is Nintendo make a bundle with 3DS :) rsrsrsrs
Wii has no games and no multimidia/online features, and another console next year.

Microsoft will match any Sony price cut.

Xbox will probally win this holyday Thanks to Halo & Gears, Call of Duty and Kinect for Xmas gifts.

What we need to know is if that will be enough to beat the total PS3 sold the whole year.

For X360 it all depends on kinect how many people are left who didn't wanted to buy a X360 for forza 2-3, Gears of war 1-2 or Halo 3/reach/wars/odst but will get one for Gears of war 3/Forza 4 and Halo CE A?

if ps3 gets a $100 price cut, it'll surely outsell the other 2 this holiday. at its first time at $199, the ps3 should see its highest sales ever.

The DS still won the holidays easily last year eventough the 3DS was coming a few months later.

Holidays belong to Nintendo Wii will do a great score even if they do average during the rest of the year.

MS and Sony expect to be up YoY, Nintendo expect to be down (2 million)

Gonna need more than 'holidays belong to Wii'
