I wonder what they had to say about Wii Play Motion... that score could go either way really...

Yes, I was thinking the same thing, the games looks fun, so who knows...

In the other hand... OoT as expected, best game ever again!!

So does this mean the remake has the potential to surpass the original?

Great score for Zelda.
BTW: Nintendo Power gave Ocarina of Time 3D a 9.5.

I'll get this when mario 3ds or something else I like comes out which is when I'll buy a 3ds. Not worth buying a 3DS at it's price just for this imo.

(Ocarina's one of my top 5 fav games too :P)

Here are some quotes/paraphrases from the WP: Motion review:

'in theory it should score as well as Wii Play (91%), but since then the rules have changed'

'party games are no longer a novelty, more like a curse'

'we haven't seen anything that is close to innovative'

'This would've been better suited to a 2009 release, WM+ has been out too long before this game'

'Only get it if one needs WM+ and likes multiplayer party games'

on the plus side they like how it is only £45 ($74), compared to a standone Wii remote + which is £40 ($65).  They also really like 2 of the minigames, one that is an evolution of the shooting game from the original, but where one can rotate 360 degrees and another involving docking a space shuttle.

WoW!!

the 3DS first system seller will be totally worth, and probably the 1st game most people will buy on 3DS

nice for RE 3DS too!

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

here's their verdict on RE Mercenaries:

'A brilliant and bloody rampage through recent Resi lore. High score chasers only'

'Absorbing, frenetic survival horror with all the fat trimmed off'

'In a word: Thriller'

'Mercenaries is a breathless action romp which, despite a limited number of map, comes highly recommended for high score freaks'

Here are what they consider the positives:

100% Action - Pure, relentless survival horror at a breakneck speed

Co-Op - Bond with a pal over the bloody murder of the undead. Lovely

Hardcore - Proves that the 3DS can do more 'adult orientated' games as well as fluffier fare

and the negatives:

Limited Maps - The same stages are repeated over and over, but with more enemies

No Frills - Anyone looking for plot or huge variety had best look elsewhere

Nothing New - Hardcore Resi fans will have seen most of this stuff already
