As I said, there are no real health hazards as long as you maintain a proper hygene. The vast majorty of men in the world are uncircumcised, and you don't see them winding up at the hospital everyday with foreskin infections. I also find what you say odd, as circumcision is not that common in Europe (unless you want to an Islamic school, where I wouldn't be surprised if you had such classes). Why would the sex of your teacher be relevant to this discussion?

Natural penises are not intrinsically dirty and/or unhygienic. Sure, if you go around pounding mud or spreading faeces on them they will be dirty, but so would a circumcised penis be.

Circumcised penises are slightly lower maintenance than natural ones because, just like the rest of your skin, your penis produces substances to protect its skin (especially the glans which is not actually skin but a membrane more akin to a vaginal wall in its thickness and sensitivity), and just like other substances produced by your body (sweat to control temperature, skin oil to lubricate your skin and your hair) it needs to be washed regularly as it starts degrading as soon as it is excreted and eventually starts smelling (ever smelt stale sweat?). The slight advantage of circumcised penises there is that as the foreskin doesn't trap moisture these secretions dry out and take longer to degrade.

The rules of bacteria breeding: they like food, heat, water/moisture and time. With a circumcised penis you remove the moisture part. With a natural penis you remove the time part (by washing it when you take abath/shower) but the result is the same: cleanliness. If you do not remove the time part by washing, eventually it will degrade and be unhygienic, even if you removed moisture, although it would take more time in that case.

As for natural penises having less feeling that is a straight lie as not only do we have a bigger area with sensitive skin (the inner part of the foreskin, most of which is cut during circumcision) that gets rubbed "going in", but the foreskin itself rubs against the glans "going out", thus contributing to its excitation.

Also our glans is more sensitive as it is protected and kept moist by the foreskin. If you ever had cut with a bandage that stayed on for a longtime you might have noticed, when you removed it, that the skin underneath was more supple than the rest of your skin because it was protected and kept moist by the bandage. Same with your glans, the foreskin is there to keep it moist and sensitive, if you are circumcised your glans is drier and less sensitive. 

There is another part of your body that is much worse on an hygienic level, and yet we do not see people proposing to cut flesh so as to dry it out: the valley of your bottom. It is in contact with highly filthy material on a daily basis and your ass cheek keep it moist, thus favorising the breeding of bacteria. But like the glans and its foreskin there are good reasons to keep it moist, as the sphincter needs to be kept supple to operate properly. So whenever you clean you ass, clean your penis too and it wil be just as clean as a circumcised one, and more sensitive to boot.

Yup.

If you're born and you were not cut, and you by chance grow up to be pro-circumcision and hate the look of the uncut penis, you can get cut. you still have that option, and you have nobody to blame and nobody to get mad at. The choice is yours.

If you are born and are immediately circumcised, and end up growing up to be anti-circumcision, you're stuck with that decision your parents made for you. the success rate for foreskin restoration is less than 50%, and it's not the same as real foreskin, and the glans has already been desensitized over the years. Long story short, that decision is taken away from you. Sure there are options, but the decision was still taken away from you and you will never be natural.

And through my many years of research, I have discovered there is no conclusive evidence that a circumcised penis is any healthier or resistant to infection. It is not cleaner in any way to get it cut, so there is no reason to get it cut, and "it looks better" is not a good reason unless YOU are the one making the decision for YOURSELF.

Actually I have no problem having people choose to get circumcised or have it done to their legal ward if it is medically necessary. I do have a problem with people imposing it on others when it is not necessary.
