I think the age bracketing would also fail because you're supposed to be 18 to use Xbox Live. The reasoning is that you will be exposed to uncensored people and therefore adult situations and concepts.

This is why I don't use voice-chat. Being told to have sex with my mother by a guy who sounds like Mickey Mouse is only novel the first few times.

Reminds me of the first time my friend brought over his Xbox and we played Call of Duty 3. The only one talking over the speakers really was a kid who had to be about 8 saying constantly "i'm at the bard, hey guys come help at the barn! There are guys at the barn. Noone at the barn, i'm going to the house"

Like every 5 seconds. This was made funny by it being like 3-4 AM. He was definitly a US kid, and out past what his bed time should be no matter where he lived.

This is one of the main reasons Nintendo is slow to add Voice chat to games. It turns a E rated game into a M game when you add voice chat.

What if you met the person who was trash-talking on live but they don't know it was you they trash-talked? i bet they would feel so dumb in person!!

 Uh, it'd probably be some loud-mouthed kid who has his parents buy him whatever game he wants, and he'd be just as stupid in person...and he wouldn't feel dumb, cause such kids have no real emotions other than anger and the desire to scream in a mic.
