Also, although Guyana is located in South America, alot of people consider it a Caribbean country.

Not that much of an improvement.

Every summer I get in really really good shape mostly mountain biking and going to the gym constantly. Last summer I got in the best shape of my life. It will be hard to beat last years performance, but I will be trying very hard to be all that I can be. Best season in existence.
