I think you should complain! In fact I am looking at Magic Johnsons movie picks on Comcast ON Demand right now!!!
You added 10,000 screenshots last month! Holy Crap! I think it could be done with out iphone games.
I think we need to recruit JoelCool7 to represent on this matter!

So I am asked to represent this matter, I didn't read the entire thread as it didn't all pertain to the inclusion of I-Phone content on VGChartz data or gamrRewards system. To be honest I am against classifying I-Phone or Android or BlackBerry or any mobile device as a games console. However the basis of my argument is based on opinion, which is based around the fact that we don't call PC a games console at least most do not. A phone is not a game console in the way traditional games consoles are, fact is they are not meant for games, games are an option and not the priority of the product.
However including I-Phone and Android games in the database and awarding gamrPoints is necessary for the sites legitemacy. Fact is as much as I hate to admit it, I-Phone and Android games do exist and people who visit this site do want to know about them, in fact even I am interested in data pertaining to mobile games as I find their sales and information to be very interesting.
So yes I believe that I-Phone and Android games should be represented in our database. If PC is represented then mobile should as well. Key content that VGChartz should provide on its site. However While I think for VGChartz to be considered the ultimate game sales website it needs I-Phone and Android games I can understand why it does not.
There are too big problems with this. A. Their are 100,000 games apparently on the Apple App store then I am sure there are likely a ton of games exclusively on the Android. If you include BlackBerry you get a few more. But if that weren't bad enough you then need to include other digital distribution platforms. That means Steam and Origin but then users will want figures on social games which would lead to FaceBook games etc....etc... Fact is VGChartz needs to draw a line and it appears they have, they cover the primary platforms and the retail games. I am confused because they did have Virtual Console games listed a while back. But I think it is probably smartest for ioi to keep VGChartz retail exclusive. B. As a GamrReward program it gives some users a unfair advantage with over a hundred thousand titles to classify and contribute too it wouldn't take much effort at all to accumulate thousands to tens of thousands of points. Unlike console games users would be able to contribute dozens of titles a week. Not to mention if VGChartz were to varify these titles it would take a ton of time and resources.
In the end while I think the ideal perfect VGChartz would have data pertaining to DD and Mobile and even Social games. It isn't practical at the moment and would be a massive undertaking with little payback. In other words it isn't worth it!
