1) Yes - Gave it away when I got my 60GB PS3

2) Yes. I played FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX a lot but not much else.

3) FFX, FFXII, DMC3 were my favorite games. I enjoyed the Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts 2 as well.

1. Owned one. 2nd favorite system of all time (behind the PS1 of course).

2. Pretty rarely. There was that one time my FF8 disc stopped working and it worked on the PS2, and that's probably one of the only ones I can remember.

3. Okami. Bully. If I had to list all of them, I would overwhelm myself.

1. I owned a PS2 and yes, i loved it. I had it since 2001 and played it frequently until i got my ps3 in Feb. 07. Had the occasional game freeze, but the system never broke. More reliable than 360.

2. I never really played ps1 games on it, with the exception of Crash Bandicoot

3. Fav PS2 games:

- KILLZONE (may have had glitch problems but had one of the best storylines and i still found the gameplay very fun).

- Gran Tursimo 3 and 4. The Best thing, next to driving a real race car!

- Any EA sports NHL game from 2001 till 2005, then i found '06 and '07 weren't as good. Never bothered with '08.

- Star Wars Battlefront games were always fun

- No One Lives forever is one of my all time favourite games! It's the funniest game i've ever played (i mean the dialogue) and its got decent-good gameplay.

- NBA 04. Then they changed it significantly from 2005 on, and i don't play the NBA games anymore

1. Love it, I just want to get a network adapter or it though.

2. 25% of the time (Spyro, FF7,CTR and other great games)

3. Any Ratchet game! Jak and lots others.

I own it about two or one year, had a gamecube before but since here in argentina there wasn't any chip for the gamecube I sold it and got myself a play2, do I love it? I like more my gamecube.

not so much since I don't hace many ps1 games.

favourite? not many amazed me like some gamecube games did

1. We got our first PS2 this year for Christmas (last January we got the Wii which was our first console). PS2 was the natural second console for us because we have young kids (5 and 9), and it seems to have the second best lineup for that demographic (Wii is better because it also plays the Gamecube games). So far we are loving it. The old games are so cheap when bought used, and the huge selection of exclusive games will keep us going for quite a while between AAA Wii software releases. Compared to the meager selection of E rated games on PS3 and 360, and the high cost of ownership of these consoles, getting a PS2 was an easy choice to make.

2. Don't own a PS1 game, don't see any right now that I feel the need to go seek.

3. So far the Ratchet and Clank series, and Eye Toy games.

1- How many of you owned/own a Playstation 2? do/did you love it?
Still own, and still like it. I prefered the GC, but my PS2 got play as well.

2-how often did u play PS1 games on it? A good amount actually. Probably the most was all of the PS1 Wipeout games. The PS1 Wipeout games were the best in that series.

3-Favourite PS2 games? Okami, Katamari (series), GT3 &4, Tekken Tag, Tekken 4, GTA3 & Vice City, Kingdom Hearts (1 & 2), R&C (Series), and the Star Wars Battlefront Series. AS I said, I played the GC much much more (I love the wavebird controller!) But my PS2 got played just bacause of the game selection I couldn't get on the Purple Lunchbox.

Yes I have one, I loved it at first and now it's a love hate relationship due to the horrible hardware problems I've had with mine.

I tried the PS1 games on it all of like 3 times

Jak and Daxter 1, Klonoa 2, Katamari, Vice City

1) I used to own one but gave it to my nephew when I got my PS3 but did love i for the 6 years I had it.

2) almost never, just MGS and FFVII every once in a while.

3) Xenosaga

1. My roommate owns a PS2 and I own 2 games for it.
2. I played my PS1 games on it a few times. I still have my PS1 around.
3. GTA3 is my favorite PS2 game.
