ah... yeah I don't think there's a way arround the PS3 thing.... the DL code probably just links your PSN account to your Steam account ^^

Create new psn account and redeem the code on it ,you also have to create new steam account ( from Portal 2 ) , the winner gets the accounts and the passwords so he/she could download the game on pc , but the winner can't use his own steam account to play the game .
