Ya it is. Surely there's a way around this


Create new psn account and redeem the code on it ,you also have to create new steam account ( from Portal 2 ) , the winner gets the accounts and the passwords so he/she could download the game on pc , but the winner can't use his own steam account to play the game .


I'll do what I need so that the winner can actually use the code...
