Microsoft better have a clear strategy with the purchases of Skype and Nokia, because if they don't I only see them bleeding money out of this. Skype has always been losing shitloads of money and Nokia is a sinking ship right now.

I can't see what they're doing with this, but obviously they have some intentions with these companies. We'll have to wait and see.

Hmmm maybe they are planning to put those two together to make something really awesome.

Skopia?

$19B is just too much of a risk now, after a $8.5b buyout of Skype.

Correction! Microskopia

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Anyway, 19 Billion is really low.... insanely low if they mean US Dollars.  Nokia made nearly 13 billion Euros alone on their Q4 mobile phone sales. This just does not seem to be true at all. To put it into perspective, it is like someone buying Nintendo for 4 billion Euros (or 7 billion US dollars).
