Eh the resolution probably isn't going to be great and you can get a camera for under 10 dollars brand new... soooooooo a camera good enough to do the functions they want... wouldn't cost much at all I point to my statement above the Wii remote already has a type of camera in it and they cost 40 bucks which is 10 to 15 dollars less than the conventional controllers out there... so it's not so much what the controller has in it it's the reasearch and the deals the company makes one reason Nintendo products can be profitable day 1 is because of their long periods of R&D and deals with companies making components for the hardware.
Basically rumors that it could have an LCD or camera aren't going to raise the price that much cause those components are actually rather cheap and companies like that, that can promise that they'll buy a bulk of them, will get them so much cheaper than the public. Now battery life and if it'll have serious power and charging components those are more likely to drive up price, battery life cause they'll need small components that use minimal power and max performance, which costs more, and power/charging components are just extra cost vs slapping on a slot to take AAs and calling it a day.
