Do. Not. Want.

This.

I really don't know what people like about the Tales of franchise. The gameplay is always the exact same thing (clunky and boring).

The art style is usually good though but Tales of Xilia does not look good for a PS3 game. They can do much better. Lazy.

You liked Eternal Sonata didn't you ?! , guess what it's another Tales of game with inferior battle system and worse characters ... that's the impression I got from the demo anyway .

The gameplay was simple and straightforward in Eternal Sonata.

Tales of games have this overcomplicated gameplay with clunky movement mechanic.

Eternal Sonata was pretty good looking at least.

Way too simple if you ask me.. for hardcore gamers :/ , seriously , you need a balanced gameplay to keep the player interested , I really couldn't stand its simplicity ... you're a casual gamer , get out of here .

You know I haven't played Tales of game before , so I can't judge them .

Clunky in what way? the movement is fine especially in vesperia where mobility is constantly increasing as you gain more skills. an xillia looks great for a ps3 game i usually prefer the anime style over a game looking to be next to the real thing.

I haven't played Vesperia but Symphonia was clunky.

And I also like cel-shaded graphics but the PS3 can do a much better cel-shaded than that. It's a shame Japanese developers don't try to push technology as much as Western developers this gen.

oh symphonia is my favorite game but yea the system is a bit stiff. But the series added skill later on that helped that out alot. and i like xillia's graphics but yea it could have been done better ill actuaslly say that vesperia is better looking.

I for one think it looks fantastic.  The character models aren't the best, but the backgrounds and environments look great to me.

Battle system looks very fun and addicting to me.  Love the music. Can't wait to get my hands on this game.  Will most likely import it, then hope for a localization later.
