It just won't open, it opens for a few seconds and automaticcaly closes, it doesn't appear in the task manager either... so what could it be?
PS. Important 2 week homework that I left for the last minute.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

That's the only reason it's not working...happened to me many times (although, not with Autocad...last time I used that was almost a decade ago).

No, we do basic figures and useless stuff and bla bla bla high school class
@ NightDragon83: yup.
Well, the only thing I can think of is to back up all your drawing files and libraries and uninstall/reinstall the program. Or try a system restore first... you never know, it might do the trick and save you the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Well, if that's the case, then there is only one hope left... just make like Captain Jack Sparrow and, well, you know the rest...

Have you tried opening it as administrator??
Are you sure you have enough *memory* to run it? (as in RAM)
Where else have you tried it?
Go here: http://www.mcreasey.com/?p=47
Also, google the term "autocad 2010 closes" without quotes, you'd most likely find an answer that way
Good luck!!
Push the windows key R. Then type in "autocad". See if that works

Sig thanks to Saber! :D
