Is anyone else getting that? It seems to me like they're focusing on too many plots, or spending time trying to iron out obscure jokes that aren't very obvious. The Slash subplot in last night's episode is a good example, what precisely were they trying to say there? The whole thing with the Human Cent-iPad was also poorly done, as it seemed to hinge on EULAs, but just barely. Even with last night's episode, what point were they trying to make about the NCAA crammed in there?

They don't seem to be able to formulate more pointed satire. Granted satire shouldn't be too pointed as then they end up preachy/bitchy, but still...

I agree. Tbh, outside of Medicinal Fried Chicken, I thought last season was also pretty bad.

I'm guessing the show has finally hit that point of decline, which isn't so bad, I mean, it lasted 13/14 seasons, which is about twice as many as the Simpsons got, before it started its decline (although, its seasons are only half as long... so it still equals out as pretty similar). I mean, if it's anything like The Simpsons, it will carry on for a few years, yet, and we'll still get 2, maybe 3 quality episodes a season. Then watching the show becomes a game!

I haven't been motivated to watch at all this season (or half-season, whatever), but while still funnier than pretty much anything else on cable, it's clearly been going downhill for a season or two now.

I dunno. I thought Creme Fraiche was hilarious, too.

OP: Yeah, it's been relatively poor.

I dunno, I thought the whole shake-weight thing was pretty lazy (you could have got most of the jokes strolling through a couple of threads on a forum), and for some reason, that Eric-dressed-up-as-Ramsay bit really didn't sit well with me (it was just really, really poor).

I did get a big laugh out of Randy's "Hello there children" line, though.

I think it has been more or less hit and miss. I kind of laughed at the TMI episode last week. It was a nice spin on a dick joke.

The whole "TMI" explanation had me rolling, but i disliked the assertion that all angry people have small penises (c'mon, you can come up with something more original than that...)

Yeah, but the resolution and Cartman's involvement also made it pretty hilarious.

Hmm just saw the last episode, it is pity that the Dutch in this episode was not the real deal...=p
