You could always visit the other home regions.
I did get a chance to see a jp concert on jp ps home a few year back.
Hope they did not cancel the Macross concert they had planned due to the outage.

If you're not on there to chat with people you know, friends, people you game with or meet new gamers, then you've pretty much missed the point of Home. If the following statement applies to you: "I have no friends and I have no interest in meeting new people" then yeah; Home is pretty pointless. If you're on Home with the mindset of "I'm not talking to anyone" then it's about as pointless as an MMORPG without interacting with anyone one else online. At that point, Home is little more than an interactive advertising space for games, TV/movies and various other random non-game related things, some of which are pretty questionable, much like most advertising. |
I think we can close the thread with this.

Well I have played some nice stuff... Did you tried sodium one?

Home quite improved, it is not really something I love to go on but time from time I check it out and find some nice stuff :).
If PS home is a reason why you got a PS3. Shame on you. You should be playing Uncharted, Gran Turismo, Call of Duty and Killzone. Not PS home!!
I've actually met my share of people who seem to use the PS3 almost exclusively for Home. Girls moreso than guys. And how do you know they're girls? After you chat with them extensively via mic, not because they have a female avatar.
Not ruling out the good chance that any of them have an account or two or three devoted entirely to Home (in more than one region), but it just seems like some people on my friend list are ALWAYS on Home every time I log on along with a really low trophy level score that says, "I rarely play PS3 games on my PS3."

So the mic finally works on home? Because the main reason I thought it boring was the inability to use blue toothh

That's so true!! There's a lot of people with zero trophies doing the round at Home, it's so weird.

Direct calls in public spaces or open mic within personal spaces. You can also chat while playing games together naturally.
