I meant looks better than that machine in the video.

I don't see any evidence that she is an android, but that would just increase her sexyness factor.

If she is what Nintendo is shipping in 2012, I foresee massive preorders.

The 3DS girls were just prototypes, until they could figure out how to integrate the tech into the girl

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Anyway a 6 inch screen would mean at least a 10 inch long controller. How would that work?

If the picture of the controller in the video is indicative of the real thing, then yeah, that's a HUGE controller...

Yet I've also heard that it's almost tablet-like instead with arms directly on the ends which may make it a bit smaller, but who knows?

Maybe this is another one of those cases where Japanese companies grossly misunderstand the typical Western consumer. They heard people outside of Japan have bigger hands, and went a bit overboard with it

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!

The same way the gamecube one did.

I still find it extremely hard to believe that Cafe's primary controller would feature not only a built-in touch screen, but one that's 6" big, which is an inch larger that the proposed screen on the NGP.  It would also make the controller wider and bulkier as any handheld gaming device going all the way back to the Game Gear, which was over 8 inches in width!

I mean seriously, could you imagine gaming regularly while holding a controller that size?!?  Not to mention how expensive the controller itself would be... we're talking in the neighborhood of around $100 a pop.

I think Cafe will most likely link up with the 3DS in some way and used for certain games or features, so there's your "touch screen" controller.  Odds are the standard controller just features the basic 8 button, dual analog stick layout that we've been gaming with for more than 2 generations now.  If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Total fake, the guy sitting behind 'Reggie' would be identified and fired, he wouldn't be so stupid as to do that.

Wow, I can't believe no one until you though of that detail

LOL

I just finished watching Rumble in the Bronx, and Jackie Chan gave one of these Game Gears to some kid. I don't know if it was a gift or a joke.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Meh

Fake.  If this was a developer invite conference then they would obviously know who filmed it by his seating position and would be sued for breach of his signed non-disclosure agreement and probably have his company lose their licensing rights.

This is most likely a game development course with someone doing a presentation on next generation consoles.
