All this THOR and Avengers awesomeness got me thinking about game based on comics, and how most of them suck but a few are awesome. What are some of your favorites based on comics or graphic novels?

I'd go with X-men Legends 2 for it's Baldurs Gate meets x-men goodness and references to the awesome Age of Apocolypse sage.

The old Avengers arcade game was a classic beatemup that featured The Vision so yeah, awesome.

finally, I totally loved the first Spiderman game based off the first movie on Gamecube. I know other ones were "better" but for some reason I just had a blast with this one.

Batman: Arkham Asylum. Was a fantastic game.

Spy vs Spy.

Old school, yeah!

I'm going with Arkham Asylum. The Spider-Man Separation Anxiety and Maximum Carnage as well as a few of the more recent Spider-Man games as well as X-Men 2 on Genesis were pretty good, but Arkham was the only one I've played that was truly great.
