for each dollar spent on software 62 cents was spent on hardware

 

Roughly a 10:1 higher ratio of software piracy in russia compared to the states

with the Russians going to have the highest buying power in the future, i would think that big console makers would want to capitalise on the Russian Market. 

Anyways it surprises me that the Australia indutry is 4 times bigger than Russia with 1/6 of the population.
