I am

, just watched that yesterday.

But on a serious note, I am highly doubting the combination of Stefl/Prof scum two games in a row. One of them has to be a townie cos probability of them both being scum is out of this world!

EDIT: Broken link :/

Very poor reasonning to conclude one of them has to be a townie. Odds aren't influenced by past results and I have to be suspicious of people who use that line of thinking.

FoS NotStan

I can see why you would never trust this reasoning. This game makes it what a billion times in a row you have been scum?

Hoho, if I remember correctly, your reasoning 2 games ago for voting me instead of someone else was "He can't possibly be scum 3 games in a row".

On a serious note, what are the odds of them both being scum in two consequtive games?

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

that might have been prof or it might have been ToS trying to say to a future mod he shouldn't be scum 3 times in a row. (and he ended up being it three in a row anyway) I wonder if its now 4 :P

50/50.

I was scum three times in a row, too.

bet with Mordred11 that Rage will look better on Xbox 360.

My point is...what kind of question is "are you townie". Like, What? Shouldn't you be asking "are you scum". And even so, what's with the directness? You think I'd just crumble? Or, if I lied, what then?

You seem to be suggesting that there's a functional difference between asking "are you pro-town" and "are you anti-town".  I am curious to know what you think that difference is.

I think, as this game is flavoured, so you gotta be careful with your definitions. Theres a difference between a pro-town power role and an ordinary townie and depending on how the mod treats this situation, things can go crazy.

For example, you loosely assume that what townie means is being pro-town, and answer the person who asked the question in the first place with a simple "yes". Assuming there is a lie detector in this game, and decides to analyse this post, he would be informed by the mod that the person has lied, maybe leading the lie detector to believe that the person is anti-town, leading to quite possibly extreme retardedness.

So maybe such a seemingly simple question would be hard to answer for certain people. And maybe anyone who thought the same way would use that approach to fish for pro-town power roles ? Seems really farfetched, I know.

That is an interesting point you bring up. It also makes me ever more curious about prof since he didn't answer the simple "are you a townie?" question.

Interesting, indeed. Like ABC said:

"It doesn't include names this time, alignment/roles do not match in this games. Roleclaims this time are saying your role's name or describing it. Allowing names should make the game more fun."

Being townie might be very well be "evil" side this time. With ABC as mod, we might have such a f*cked up constellation.

I'm pretty sure townie or scum would only apply in mafia game. Since how many people in GTA4 can you really call townies?

Yeah, that's I have been saying, though I don't know if are you agreeing with me or are asking me a question?

Since you are online! What do you think about prof evading such a simple question?

He dodged it alright! I am finding it suspicious, but I am a bit skeptical in regards to his alignment, but then again I have no clue about anyone's alignment, only day one and majority of people haven't even acknowleged the start of the game yet

Quite funny how you change your opinion so fast, it sounded to me as if you were pretty sure some hours ago that neither I and Prof are Mafia (or one of us is town)... now you say that you are not having a clue of anyone's alignment... well I and Prof are pretty much the only ones that had a smaller conversation so far. Also why aren't you sceptical at my alignment? Possibly you know that I am town? And prof is your scumbuddy, that is why you said that you are against the idea that two people of the last Mafia game are possibly scum again?

Not trying to attack you here prof, you seem legit, but NotStan just gained my FoS:

FoS NotStan

I am interested in getting to know if you are scum with prof, or is ToS your scumbuddy?

The only thing I could imagine is the mafia being cops... but that wouldn't fit the flavour one bit... okay the diamond part would fit, but the kidnapping? Okay... cops in the GTA series are often worse than the OGs^^ - remember GTA:SA?

It would have been the 4th time but luckily it's not.
