Pity Sega is so lazy as a developer anymore

What's NiGHTS?

Just kidding but a game where you fly around as a purple jester isn't crazy enough for me. I need games where an Italian plumber flies around through space without any breathing apparatus collecting shiny stars ;)

Damn do I love me some Galaxy.

Ugh, let's not simply blame Sega for these poor sales. It isn't a TERRIBLE game, based on reviews.

I'm one who consistently sticks up for the Wii in terms of third party sales; there is no question that third party sales have been hampered by the amazingly bad overall quality of the software. At the same time, we shouldn't go completely the other direction, and blame 100 percent of the Wii's third party problems on the developers, either.

Sega made a moderately good game, and it sold like a terrible one (or like a moderately good game on a much less succesful system). These Wii third party problems are largely -- but not entirely -- the fault of the developers, and statements like "Sega really messed up" are only slightly better than "Nintendo can't sell third party software."

Bodhesatva, this is clearly not a game which lives up to its predicessor and showcases clear and sloppy mistakes which are obvious to the most novice of gamers. Sega did mess up and don't try and spin this as simply shameless Nintendo cheerleading.
