I've been doing alot of reading on some gaming sites as of late and one thing i've noticed is theres a lot games coming out this year that have three in it.  As you may know three is my favorite number as you can make letters out of it by simply rotating it like W M E.

I believe that battlefield 3 will have the biggest wow factor the combination of the new engine and abilities like prone and dives makes me think that there serious business this time around.  I then believe it will be followed by U3 ME3 MW3 GoW3 and Resistance3.

note: the game that amazes the most this year doesnt mean best sales or even reviews

Well personally I'm most excited to see what they're doing in Uncharted 3, but as far as the amazement factor I think it'll be between it and Battlefield.

The PS3. It went from being the most connected console to the least connected, and it's only May! Who knows what other surprises it has in store for us?

You forgot Megaman Legends 3...

well its going to be battlefield mainly because of the new engine witht he new sound, graphics, recoil......

hopefully the mp will be more vehicle based then bf:bc2 many people treated that game like cod on consoles.

but for me it would be r3. its looking like a huge improvement over r2

Uncharted 2 and Resistance 3 got me the most hyped. I don't have a 360 so gears 3 is alright, i still have yet to finish Mass Effect 2 so im on the fence about 3 and I don't like neither battlefield or MW.

The three threes I'm most excited for are:

1. Gears 3 (uh..yeah, see, I really dig this series...)
2. Mass Effect 3 (Miranda or Ashley, Miranda or Ashley...)
3. Uncharted 3 (screw Chloe, even though I generally prefer brunette's - Elena all the way!)

There's others on the list I will buy, but those are my most anticipated.

We are simply at that point in the gen.

my heart said Resistance, but I went with Mass Effect as that will truely amaze me more with the planets and the galatic universe style battle going on and the application of previous actions in ME3 from the earlier games will be amazing

I can't wait for Gears 3 though, I don't mind Uncharted, but I'm not that excited about it, Battlefield 3 and the new CoD are just more standard FPS's and I've had enough of them tbh
