Another reader e-mailed with a similar story. "About two or three days ago, my bank notified me that I had gotten my own [credit card information] stolen, the one I use for my PSN account, and with it a ticket was purchased through a German airline for nearly $600," 


I am very doubtful that anyone smart enough to hack PSN will be stupid enough to buy a flight ticket which requires ID details to be submitted

im pretty sure the guy who stole all the info just stole it. Most of these purchases are coming from people who just bought or were given the info.
