Well, I don't need to change passwords since my email has a different one. Also, I used a temporary credit card creator to buy things on PSN, that serves as a mask for my real one and is perfectly legal as well, so all is well.

Sony on the other hand, has disappointed me quite a bit for not having sufficiently strengthen their network, even if the attack and the theft of information is obviously not their direct fault. I hope the perpetrators get caught and are seriously dealt with.

Well, technically the hacking occured before PSN was brought down. The hacking didn't bring PSN down, Sony brought PSN down in response. So if you removed your PW when PSN started to go down, that was just a little too late.

This is assuming the hacker(s) actually got any CC info, which we still don't know yet.

Nope, hacking shit as in a month or two ago when I started becoming worried that something drastic like this would happen. It has been off my account for at least a month now.

Ah, way to stay ahead of the curve then =)
