the only good thing that can come from a screen ona  controller is that you can still play the game while taking a shit. other then that your buying a console and a tv for a handheld with better graphics.

The Pokemon MMORPG, you see MMOs need chat and text chat is easier to filter bad words the screen is for the keyboard and switching pokemon/items.

Also I think the screen is likely to be transparent and be utalised for augmented reality.

it could detect whats on screen and show ghosts for example like though a viewfinder, kinda like Miyamoto mentioned in a recent interview...

just imagine the TV shows the enviroment and through the controller you can see a small part of the screen and blam a ghost apears on the transparen controller and you have to be pointing at the ghost to fight it off/talk to it.

why do this when developers are making 3d split screen where from one angle you only see your screen, and the other side your opponent's screen. Solves the entire screen looking issue. Also they are doing similar with the 120hz glasses, but limiting one set to one refresh of 60 frames and the other to the other 60. Delayed visuals, but still 60fps.
