Please Nsanity, I beg you:

Please change your signature.

It's very disturbing.

What, because he has Robert Pattinson in it? i can understand that.

OT: I'm honestly suprised that MS won't use that opportunity to bash PSN. Respect.

updated: 14.01.2012

playing right now: Xenoblade Chronicles

Hype-o-meter, from least to most hyped:  the Last Story, Twisted Metal, Mass Effect 3, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Playstation ViTA

bet with Mordred11 that Rage will look better on Xbox 360.

I wonder if people will complain about this particular PR.

why would they?  quite a considered and sympathetic statement I'd say...

Nitpicking, basically.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

Microsoft takes no joy, I can understand that seeing how 360 once had an 11 day outage a few years back. In the end, this should all blow over in a day or two.

Complain?  Doubtful.  Ignore and/or choose not to give them props for it?  ABSOLUTELY!

I was going through the reviews on RottenTomatoes for Thor and they are all positive except for two (it was 27 to 2 last time I checked).  The thing is, though, that you can leave comments on RT for individual reviews.  No comments anywhere else except on those two negative reviews.

People on the internet FLOCK to negativity and pretty much ignore positivity.  It's really a sad commentary on society.

OT: It is really unfortunate about the PSN issues.  MS knows what that's like from that one Christmas time where a bunch of people where having so many problems that they gave us a free game.  I'm sure this free weekend was planned long before this issue popped up, so it's not so much them capitalizing, just an odd coincidence.  I don't have a PS3, but I still hope they get it up soon.

I'm sure someone will spin it into something bad soon enough.

But I do agree with you. As some say: "Don't hate, appreciate."

I'm surprised they had time to comment given how hyper-focused they are at getting all of their revolutionary, game-changing Kinect content to the public.

 . . . wait that hasn't happened yet?

But didn't they say . . . ?

So, what exactly are they doing?

Apparently they just spent a couple hundred million to see if the PSN blackout could be copied and emulated with XBL, but they're still working out the marketing strategy, showing that the blackout is excluisve to Xbox360.

Huh. A response that's in no way offensive. Strange... But nice at the same time. Then again, I suppose if PSN has been hacked again, it wouldn't look very good if MS openly seemed happy about it.

Yeah, sure. Microsoft is taking no joy in all of that, I am not buying it. I bet they are laughing their asses off behind closed doors. Those arrogant pricks.

I agree funnily enough, of course MS are pleased this has happened ... as would the other 2. As they pointed out, it's a plus for them.

Best thing MS could say, great PR

What does this post have anything to do with the topic on hand?

I mean honestly how is talking trash on Kinect and MS even realted to the OP.

Wow, even though MS said the best thing a competitor could say, people are still spreading hate on them.

I can almost guarantee that if the situation was reversed, Sony right now would be blatantly going for low-blows, which is what they seem to be doing these days against all their competitors.

I think both Sony and Sony fanboys should learn that you can co-exist with your competition without having to show them the finger every 2 seconds.
