The 3DS is starting to approach a million units sold in each of the three regions, but in which region will it get to a milllion first? For this thread I'm talking about the earliest date, not the number of launch aligned weeks it took to get to a million.

In Japan after this week the 3DS is at 904,000, and it sold 28,000 this week. If it kept up 28,000 it would take 4 more weeks of data to cross the million mark.

In Americas it is at 740,000 and sold 90,000 this week. If kept up 90,000 it would take 3 more weeks of data to cross the million mark.

In EMEAA it is at 680,000 and sold 62,000 this week. If it kept up 62,000 it would take 6 more weeks of data to cross the million mark.

So what do you think? Which will region the 3DS sell a million in first? How much longer will it take it to sell a million in each region?

It'll be close between America and Japan. Really depends on what games gets released within the next 3 weeks. There are certain titles that will push 3DS sales.
