Well... I like the position of the analog sticks, so yeah... Do that. And that's all I'll say.

Seems believable to me. I don't see why all of you are screaming fake.
It looks like a gamecube controller, with a real 2nd stick and a 3DS top screen included. Exactly what I envisioned in my thread. (see my sig for Nintendo thread)
I think its very doable.
I heard from gonintendo that this photo first popped up on 4chan

Here's another Wii2 image I found:

Well, it's about as likely to be this as anything in those pictures
The pictures and information looks believeable enough IMO. My ownly concern is the cost for these devices! Those controllers are going to burn through battery life and be very expensive. The concept is actually pretty neat and revolutionary, though.
I can't wait till E3! Just got my confirmation and booked my hotel today so hopefully I'll be seeing this new device in person!
I don't know why you all cry battery life so much.
It's just a screen.
There are tons of devices with very high quality displays that also have far more mechanics under the hood that this controller would require and still have tremendous battery lives.
This could easily have a good battery and and average life of greater than 15hrs, which is far more than enough for the greater majority of users.

The current controllers of this generation don't even have a 15 hr battery life. The only way they will be able to keep good battery life while adding the required technology for both the video streaming and the display is by using a huge battery which will again add more cost to the controller. It's not just a screen, I'm pretty sure the rumors are that it is a 3D screen like the 3DS which means an onboard processor, though small, will be needed to process the video.
Also, name me some of these supposed devices that have screens displaying VIDEO content and last longer than say 5 hours.

nintendo dont really care about battery life look at the 3ds its battery is like only 5 hrs compared to the ds lite
