I'm not traveling as much as I used to for work anymore so I can never browse VGC while at  work. Why? Because a lot of people have NSFW avatars and signatures. If you browse around and pay attention you'll know what I'm talking about. While not pornographic, they're definitely not safe for work. Is there something that can be done?

You can Hide sigs in your preferances.

you can hide signatures in your profile prefereces, avatars i dont think can be turned off:( if there is a way that would be nice though and i would be interested in knowing how

Well like people said you can turn sigs off... It's up to the mods to determine if it's NSFW. Because they're not supposed to be.

Not saying they're doing a good or bad job with that though. Some I would say is NSFW. Some would say mine is NSFW maybe.

And some workplaces are strictor than others. I can't even come on this site at work for example.

You can block avatars with FF, with adblock just add a filter for http://www.vgchartz.com/avatars/

I can't add extensions or adblocks to browsers on my work computer, basically I can't add any OS software on it. 

Very nice about ability to hide sigs though, I did that already. Thanks for that, so now my request is simply to add a "Hide Avatar in Forums" option.
