My overall favorite FPS is Halo 3

But if you break it down into MP and SP I would pick Halo 3 for the MP and Killzone 3 for the SP (which very narrowly outdoes Halo Reach)

Anyone who doubts that this site has a heavy PS3 fan bias in the forums only needs to look at this poll.  KZ3 beating Halo Reach?  Give me a break.  Though Killzone 3 is pretty fantastic.

Anyways there is too many excellent FPS this gen for me to really give a clear winner but out of the ones you listed I'll rank them as follows.

1. Halo Reach

2. Killzone 3

3. Crysis 2

4. Bulletstorm

5. The Orange Box

6. COD Black Ops

Portal and Team Fortress are excellent.

Half Life hasn't aged so well though I'm afraid.

Half-Life 2 and the episodes are timeless to me. The story is so far ahead of today's shooters.

yeah I'm not debating its story, Half Life has an incredible story but in terms of pure gameplay mechanics, graphics, etc. it is far from the best shooter on the market that's why I can't put Orange Box ahead of the more modern ones.

However Half Life 3 when it eventually comes out will probably blow us all away.
