Sometimes I come across posts in gaming forums that the Wii is a secondary console and the 360 and PS3 are primary consoles (their words not mine). They even coined words for it like Wii60 or PSWii.

 I was wondering if anyone had any information of how many people who owns a PS3 or 360 also owns a Wii? I am also curious to know how many gamers there are who own just one console and what the console is.

Well, you can count me in (Wii60)! But for actual numbers... I have no clue! o_o

Wii's my first console and my PS3 is my second, I used to have a 360 as well but I sold it, it's a good machine though.

My bro owns a 360 and i own a wii, so im a bit Wii60 aswell i guess. We're playing more on my Wii then we are on his 360 though. (but that's mostly because we still play Melee)

That's interesting. But I was wondering if anyone had any statistics on it?

 Im quite sure that about 30-40% of ps3/360 owners also have a wii, if that's what you mean.

@Neos - And that is good way to avoid the RRoD in the early life of an average 360 :) EDIT : I meant,playing you Wii instead of your 360.

Very few people end up owning two consoles or more.

While the Wii may speed up the process by being comparativly cheap, all it's doing is clearing out a niche that usually doesn't get filled until much later. Which will prove detrimental to the other consoles.

 I own a PC, PS3 and Wii. Thus far, my preferences are as follows:

1) PC
2) Wii
3) PS3
