This is really quite bad... by this time last year we already had Galaxy 2 right around the corner, and we also knew quite a lot about Metroid. We also knew about Epic Mickey from Disney, not to mention MHTri was being released in the west, as well as TvC, Red Steel 2, No More Heroes 2, Endless Ocean 2 and Sky Crawlers all having been released already!

I should also mention Fragile Dreams and Trauma Team. Now obviously I haven't had the chance to purchase all of these yet, and am still working on my backlog, but it just seems incredibly unbalanced and foolish to dump everything you've got in the span of twelve months and then to forget about it completely...

Are there no developers working on a different schedule? Did everybody just have games ready for last year with nothing to follow through?

And Reggie: How about releasing some games in the US that are already out in Europe?

Remember Pikmin 2? Why haven't we received that yet?? Another Code? Hell would you at least announce Xenoblade already??

Why isn't IGN or somebody interviewing Reggie about this embarrassing drought?

Probably because he will say that NoA is still "juggling two big balls"

And he shouldn't talk about his privates when he represents a family friendly company.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

There is not really any excuse for the trashy lineup but hey....

  • Arc Rise Fantasia
  • Monster Hunter Tri
  • Trauma Team
  • and the upcoming Conduit 2

That's my backlog and future :P.

Yeah, one being the 3DS and the other being the Wii2

But seriously, there are more than enough good games for the Wii I haven't played yet, and I obviously intend to use this time to make up for that. Currently playing Sonic Colors, and after that I might get myself a copy of Klonoa (if I'm still hungry for platformers) or Fragile or Trauma Team (if I'm not). I even have games from 2009 left to play like RE:DC and Silent Hill.

For anybody with a sufficiently broad, flexible taste there shouldn't be a problem to find games to play. The situation is more of a perceptual problem because Nintendo is giving the impression that the Wii has disappeared, which makes customers less secure about investing in it. Uncertainty and entertainment do not go hand in hand very well...

I appreciate a good surprise as much as anyone else, but I wish we could at least be given a confirmation about games we aren't sure about, just to settle the storm a bit so to speak. I know I would feel relieved knowing that games like Xenoblade, Earth Seeker, Last Story, Rodea, Tales of Graces, Pikmin etc are still coming, even without any further info. Kind of like what we just got about DQX.

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!

Honestly it's disppointing to see such a weak lineup, but it's quite similar to last year when the big titles (Donkey Kong, kirby, Goldeneye, Epic MIckey, etc.) came during the holiday season.

No, it really isn't similar to last year's schedule. At all.

Let me know when you start this one; I'd like to get back in the groove sometime.

I haven't purchased a Wii game since February when Kirby's Epic Yarn released... and that doesn't really count as that should of been a 2010 game.

Perhaps E3 will give me some hope for the Wii .

Stinky poo.

I have a number of games in my backlog so I should be okay. This Q2 list is meaningless to me. It's actually very disappointing and frustrating to be honest.

whatever. I can deal with a dry spell, especially since Nintendo is concentrating so hard on the 3DS anyway.

I'm really pissed about the complete lack of any compelling software coming out.   Well, not complete lack, I'll get Conduit 2 and likely Lego Pirates but still...

Why though really should I care?  I have a ton of games to finish and damn, a few to even start and there's lots of old titles for cheap to pick up.  So I certainly have ample to keep me busy for a long time until something good does come out.

I just miss the anticipation and feel neglected is all.

Trash Lineup...I don't really know what else to say.
