Probably Portal 2 and MK on PS3. If there is indeed split-screen support for Portal 2 then I won't hesitate getting it on full price.

Played the SOCOM 4 beta and it didn't anything for me honestly. It gets a big "meh" from me. I'll be devoting my multiplayer time for Battlefield 3 and Brink this year.
