For what it's worth, Wii Fit Plus is sold without the balance board as well. Though so is Sports Champions. Plus, if I had to guess, people are buying Wii Fit Plus for the game, while people are more likely getting Kinect for the hardware.

Kinect Adventures shouldn't even be added to the weekly charts if you ask me, it isn't even really a game, it's more like a demo with 4 minigames. Plus you can't buy the game seperate and you can't buy Kinect without Kinect adventures.
