People just need to chill, yes its strange that this is an HD game when usually Sonic games do better on WIi, but WTH??? If its good then does it matter??? THe last couple of Sonics havent sucked so im excited for this. Even that racing game was good

I think the game will be download only (reason for Xbox Live and PSN network logos) and with the small limit for Wii Sega cannot release it.

^^^f***ing hell!!! i didnt even notice that, Well there you go, blame Ninty for have such a low cap on WiiWare, but seriously from what i heard SOnic did the least on WiiWare, so that might be a reason. THis is actually a good idea, i mean lets be real you cant sell a 2d platform on the HDs anyway(LBP exception, but even that has heavy online) at retail without some kind of online hook and a good one at that. Hmmmm maybe they just might end up releasing this on retail for WIi, since platformers do better on it. YEs, thats what needs to happen, everyone wins that way

That actually is a sound explanation, though this would also be a less-then-smart option (Sonic 4 should have been a full-scale retail game. Still 2D, but full-size non-episodic. Making it a DLC game was just Sega admitting that Sonic can't compete in the retail space, which isn't the case)

^^^ i love Sonic and i agree that episodic crap needs to go. Sonic 4, but can they release a straight up 2d game inthe retail space and compete??? I dont think so, Sonic has made way to many subpar games in the past couple of years the only ones that are actually good are the portables. He has a damaged reputation, i think a straight up 2d game in the retail space would be a gamble. I could see it doing alright on WIi, but the HDs??? I doubt it, When it comes to those 2 Sonic is better of DL
