It's not. It was withdrawn from sale voluntarily. Only way it would be banned is if the BBFC refused classification, meaning worse than R18 (hardcore pornography). Somehow I don't think it is.
Please note that British media and politicians are reactionary and ill informed (except the BBC), so their calls for it to be banned are baseless.
