3DS needs a killer app to sell well in Japan. I think MH is the only game right now that could propell it forward (unless it turns out to be a half assed MH which I will not buy if it turns out that way).

NGP is necessary in Americas and EMEAA, but not in Japan.

3DS doesn't need one game, it needs games. DS after two months after its release sold 30k in a single week, 3DS after five weeks sells 45k, is it really that different? It reminds me of when people say that Wii won't sell during holidays, than thet holidays show Wii is still alive, and then again that only holidays can save the Wii.

3DS needs games, will have them, is selling just well (it's the pattern of PSP which is amazing, just like the Xbox 360 one worldwide) and has had a great opening in the west. And by the way, MH could be announced just in a few days :D

It's not good to stereotype.  I'm somewhat left-leaning moderate and I don't think guns should be banned.  I do believe in the idea that there should be a 5 day waiting period.  I also understand that a gun in the household will very much more likely to be used by children for foul play than used in home defense.

 

I did actually own a gun for a while, but needed cash at the time and sold it.

Yeah I can't wait till more games come out... Pilot Wings is not my kinda game at all.
