This reminds me of Oedipus except the daughter knew what was going on and she didn't kill her mom....

And that the dad wasn't a royalty (or President) and that the daughter didn't get rid of the sphinx that cursed the nation of Thebes with famine which we can compare to the recession taking away jobs from the American people.

So in conclusion, it is nothing like Oedipus. But it is downright weird and can make an excellent tragic romantic movie.

That is very creepy. Niece/Cousin is the "Duuuuude" zone for me, his own daughter is just.. >_> I don't know, I don't think I'd ever be able to do that even if my daughter was the hottest woman on the planet. It's just plain disturbing.

Is the relationship immoral? of course not. They are both consenting adults and can do what they like to themselves and each other.

However, if you are going to be involved in such a relationship, you should be required by law to take take pregnancy tests frequently enough that you will notice any baby while there is still time to abort it legally/morally. You should also be required to sign a document promising that you will abort any baby that manages to get around the contraceptive methods you take. Giving birth to an inbred child is just cruel. If they really want a kid they should adopt.

It's a very difficult issue, that raises a lot of questions.
