No wonder when the VGC Most Wanted Blog is up, the corresponding thread has 6-9 pages of votes! It comes out before the blog! Here are my choices:

1. Gears of War 3 (360)

2. Mass Effect 3 (360)

4. Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem: Heros of Light and Shadow (DS)

However the last two do not have a confirmed release outside of Japan, so if you don't count those counth these instead:
