I probably play just as many 360 games as anyone else in this thread, that includes every big or semi big exclusive since 2007, but I favour the PS3, does that mean that I automatically shouldn't have an opinion on the upcoming releases or lack of upcoming releases for my 360?

Also, the first Left 4 Dead was announced in 2006 and released in 2008. Left 4 Dead 2 barely had a year to even develop the game, let alone announce it. They aren't going to release a game and then instantly announce a sequel for the next year.


I think he is focusing on the people that are here to just bag the 360. You are fair to a very large extent (to what i have seen hahaha) but you have made your choice without being to verbal about it. There are other people that have to reason to be in this thread... or at least make derogotory comments about it.

Alan Wake was announced in 2005 at E3, it released in 2010.

Fable 2 was announced in 2006 and was then released in 2008.

Lost Odyssey was shown at TGS 06 and was released in 2008

Blue Dragon was announced in Feburary of 05 and was then released later in December 06.

Mass Effect was announced in 2005 and released in 2007.

Halo Reach was announced in June of 2009 and it was released over a year later in September of 2010.

Halo 3 was announced in June of 2006 and released over a year later in 2007.

Too Human for the 360 was announced in 2005 and was released in 2008.

Spinter Cell: Conviction was announced in 2007 and was released in 2010.

Fable 3 was announced in August in 2009 and was released over a year later in October in 2010.

Mass Effect 2 was released a year after it's announcement.

Gears of War 3 was announced in April of 2010 and it's being released well over a year later in September of 2011.

I can probably find more, but basically, it's a myth. Just because Microsoft have the announcement and then release it shortly after a few times (Forza 3, Gears 2, Viva Pinata), it doesn't mean that the vast majority of their releases aren't announced a full year or more before they release.

who was upset? The only ones that were verbal about it were non ms fans. Ms fans seemed happy. Kingdoms was shown up and we saw many things. Dont speak for everyone

What is this odd idea that anyone disappointed by MS's E3 can only be MS bashers? Is it so out of the realm of possibility that 20-25 minutes of core games followed by an hour of Kinect showcasing didn't sit well with some 360 fans?

why is it that someone with the name of god of war and has bashed ms in the past think that they are somewhat unbiased when it comes to consoles. 

some is not many, some can mean 2. Dont be so negative then when called upon lower your approach. Just dont be an arse to begin with.

Also I never said that anyone disappointed with MS's E3 can only be MS bashes. I said MS fans seemed happy... I also said the only ones that were verbal were fans of non ms consoles... what is wrong with this terminology... I should be the one doing the face palm buddy... not you

2010 saw Alan Wake, Metro 2033, Mass Effect 2, Fable 3 and Halo Reach. Before you even get to Kinects launch.

The only ones so called disappointed were those who wanted to use E3 2010 as a clause as to M$ no longer caring for the hardcore.

I cant wait for this E3. It's gonna be a laugh when people for the 6th year running realise M$ again have a feine exclusive lineup as they do every year.

ME2,Fable 3, and Metro 2033 are not exclusives. It is 4 months into 2011(1/3 of the year), and nothing has changed. I fully expect MS to announce something at e3, that will release this year, but do not expect a lot, because you may get burned. You will have over 4 high quality games, but expect one or two to be multiplat(not that it matters, because a quality game is a quality game no matter the platforms it is available on)

ME2 is no longer exclusive but as far as console exclusives are concerned Fable 3 and Metro 2033 are. Its called the console wars for a reason. Console gamers don`t give a rats about PC. The battle is between PS3/X360/Wii...everyone knows this.



 How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

You can't just ignore a platform, especially one as large as the pc. That is just stupid.

-Yes, I know what some means. At no point did I say all MS fans were disappointed with E3 '10. Fact is the Big 3 have all disappointed some of their fanbase at some E3 or another.

-I don't know about you but I'm not just talking about the VGChartz bubble, there's a whole den of ignorance out there that is the internet for gamers to throw their toys out of the pram. I don't know how you worked out the only ones that were verbal were fans of non-MS consoles (background checks on each poster? Very time consuming). Face palm away but I think this thread has been derailed enough at this point.
