Well obviously. The era of selling $49 peices of plastic has already ended.

I believe someone said "Angry Birds is the new Mario Bros.," and that someone might have been from Rovio, though maybe not Vesterbeck himself, but anyway, after saying that, it's easy to extrapolate what they mean |
Actually, Vesterbacka... the last part of this is especially fitting...
And lol. Is Kramer trying to become the new Pachter?

Those arrogant pricks
Time for hype
oh great it's this kind of thread again. Nintendo has consistently proven these analysts wrong so it's not like they have anything NEW to say

What are you talking about? This guy isn't slamming Nintendo, he's just pointing out that Nintendo's demonstrable failure also spells doom for its handheld competitor, Apple Sony.

Why should 3DS be a failure? Japan numbers are highly inflationed by the disaster and as we know in the west 3DS has just had a record opening fro Nintendo. It's not a failure, it's just that our hopes were for 30m first year, while, like every console, 3DS won't reach its peak until some years and still needs games to convince many people. It's not an objective failure...
Its the wrong day for atricles like that...i really dont know if im gonna take this serious or not ^^

Then why did the 3DS already get outsold by the PSP of all things? Think about it; the PSP continues to be supply constrained, while the 3DS is not. In fact, the 3DS in Japan sits at roughly half of what Nintendo claimed it would sell this month. Half! It's going down, fast.

Of course it's serious. The facts are undeniable, for starters. So do you agree or disagree?
