It happen to me after playing Ridge Racer 3D after a full day. That game has a huge 3D depth compared to all the other games i have.

 

yeah i heard that this game has the best 3d use of all of the bunch, i've heard the same thing with ghost recon, u have that game?

Nope.

MonkeyBallz/StreetFighter/SteelDiver/SamuraiWarriors

SamuraiWarrior has some intresting 3D, Its multiple layers, Im dispointed in the Graphics though >.<

Koei played it safe.

 

Havent read anything about Ghost Recon. Ill have to  look into it.

i went to a shop where you could play 3ds i played pilotwings resort when i got out of the shop i was about to be hitten by a car on the road , if i am gonna buy 3ds i will likely don 't use 3d

The effect does seem to be a lot less intense now. I need to play the 3DS for longer before it happens, and the pop effects aren't as big as they used to be. It looks like this is only a temporary feature and eventually the brain adjusts.
