probably the best thing to do is start in safe mode, get malwarebytes, and run that in safe mode. that usually gets those fake antivirus schemes. o yea after you run the program, try to find the source file of the virus and delete that. also, adcleaner will help too. it deletes temporary files that bog down your computer. both programs are free. and if those still fail, get a program called hijack this. it reads system files and you can select what ones you want to delete. if you dont know what to delete, like me, i would copy the scan then paste it on a computer forum and have thos guys look at it and they will usually tell you pretty quickly what files are infected. best of luck
