xDDDD  Lol  Played Ridge Racer till the battery's dead 2 times again today.  Been at it for 2 day's and im only 20% into the game. All this title is missing is a online mode and it would rock my sox's

 I took it to work with me today so I could get some coins, so once I got there there were a few of my friends eating, I told I was going to buy the 3ds  so many of them were waiting for me to see it, I put the ? card of the table and I have them look at it, it was a blast, the first time I saw it I thought it was amazing, but it didnt blew me away (or at least no until I saw the Ar cards in action, awesome, really awesome) maybe I was just too  spoiled after reading so many things :P... The thing is most of my friends at work didnt know much about it so thier faces were really amusing, everybody was really surprised and wondering how that was even possible... It was very fun, if you know someone who doesnt know about the 3ds go show them the thing, pure win...

I've only showed it to my Dad so far. He said he couldn't see it. And then he was like "ohhh, yeah". Then he walked away.

when I first brought the system home and messed with it I thought it was cool. For what ever reason tho the more I play the more Im enjoying this thing. Face raiders is awesome and shocked the hell out of me (never really paid any attention to it before launch).

My mother and sisters have seen it and were amazed with that it could do. My mom couldnt believe what the AR card could do. My other friend who didnt have any real interest in the 3DS said he was very impressed with it and did want one but wasnt sure with the price. 

Overall I dont think 1st impression were exaggerated. They may lead some to be somewhat unsure of the system when they first pick it up like myself. But after playing Steel Diver and messing with the system Im very impressed with it..and yes my jaw has dropped a few times because of what I see. 

btw..yea --OkeyDokey-- ..my dad did the same thing. lol

edit: Ive taken my 3ds to work as well...clocked 5,000 to almost 8,000 steps per day. lol..over 27,000 steps so far lol

I bought it and have shown so far around 15 people. Pretty much everyone from 14-67 and everything inbetween, have all had very similar reactions to those in the ad. It's weird...

I think the big thing for me is how they're going for the Wii '10 onwards approach, appealing to the 'Hardcore' gamer. And that's a good thing

50,000 steps. Yeah...

I'm gutted that you can only get 10 coins a day, or 1,000 steps. All my steps going to waste

yea...i hear ya on that. I guess they needed to set a limit. eh well. They should give a bonus at the end of the month for a large number of steps lol
