Recent rumours suggest that Capcom were to debut Monster Hunter 3DS at the annual Monster Hunter Festa in Japan this month.

Due to the devastation that occurred earlier this month in Japan, Capcom cancelled the remaining stops and competition finals in the Festa tour. According to 8-4 podcast (via GoNintendo), the 3DS game was to be confirmed during the event.

This thing is relevent to my interests.

Tri was my favourite game of 2010 and i'd definately be down for a 3DS monster hunter, hopefully a brand new game rather than a port

My only concern would be how camera control would be handled, reverse 'claw' maybe? cos I really wouldn't be happy with that

SuperStreet fighter is gonna pay off big time for capcom. There seems to be almost a 1:1 ratio at launch in the west(since professer layton is absent for now), so no suprise capcom is gona support the 3ds with all their guns.
