That would be like broken?

I got really into FF13 only a week or so ago. Bought it in December and fell asleep a few times while playing it. Somehow its become one of my favourite games when I tried playing it again... Didn't see that coming.

On chapter 9 now. Now I have to kill Barthandelus :/

dont be afraid to sell just about your whole inventory and buy the upgrades that youre missing. i went for a while trying to get the money to upgrade all my weapons, then saved, sold all my lvl 100 weapons and bought every upgrade that i needed and reloaded my game so i could keep all the weapons that i wanted

Congrats man, FF13's platinum is a very time consuming one, especially trying to get the Treasure Hunter trophy . I got mine last year and haven't gone back to FF13, might as well give it a try one of these days again.

It took me 144 hours, don´t ask me how. Yeah farming for platinum ingots was so boring.

man that Treasure Hunter trophy was a joke, even if you do it you still have to talk to that robot for it to unlock.

and the platinum ingots was so boring, i liked it in the old FFs where you would level your characters up to level 90 and you would have more than enough gil at that point.

i really dont know why it was neccessary for the developers to make, making gil so time consuming, its not like the battles with Long Guis would get more fun the more you kill them.

i did as you did, start in grand pulse and then go to eden.  i farmed turtles for a good 5-8 hours and only got like 3 or 4 items.  eden was a much better to farm gil imo.  and yes, overall the game was very easy.  the only time i died was fighting long gui, and even he wasnt that bad.  

nah, but i might join now that im actually making my way up the levels.  this trophy should make me level 8 when i sync my trophies.

haha yea i know what you mean.  i actually stopped farming long guis and went to eden and fought the sacrifices there.  theres about 5 fights with them and they drop a perfume which sells for 12500 just about each time.  also, they respawn when you reach a certain save point.  i found it a slightly better way to farm gil.  and yea, older ffs were better when enemies dropped actual gil instead of components or what not.  i spent about 20 more hours on this ff than any other just to get a dumb trophy.
