I picked up Ghost Recon and Rayman. But have been too busy playing Rayman to actually try Ghost Recon. I should get around to playing it soon. I just love Rayman too much!

How do you like Rayman? I heard mixed opinions on it with the 3D and sound.

I love Rayman, but as I pointed out I never played the origional on DreamCast and it is apparently a downgrade from that  version. The sound isn't the best it does get crackly at times, the 3D I found to be very enjoyable. Though apparently it makes some people sick.

In the end I love it, the sound could definatly use some fixing but it is still an amazing platformer. But like I said if you've played it on DC apparently you'll be dissapointed because its a downgrade to a degree.

I'd suggest trying it out before buying, don't take my word for it but the reviewers for the most part are upset because it is a port with apparently no new content. And their are apparently bugs in the game that were never fixed from the DC version though I have yet to encounter any of them.

So far I am 2 hours into the game and love it. I ran my battery dry and am charging the thing. I'll try to get some Ghost Recon on tonight and see how good that is!

Great, I'd love to hear what you think of Ghost Recon aswell. I picked up the system with no games because I could only afford the system at the time but now I can pick a game up so I'm trying to decide. I'm not too much into fighting or racing games so I'm trying to explore my options.

Pilotwings and Super Street Fighter IV here

MaxwellGT2000 - "Does the amount of times you beat it count towards how hardcore you are?"

Wii Friend Code - 5882 9717 7391 0918 (PM me if you add me), PSN - MaxwellGT2000, XBL - BlkKniteCecil, MaxwellGT2000

I'll be picking up Rayman when the system is released here. There were little to no release titles that I was interested in so it made my choice a little easier, might also pick up Monkey Ball if I can afford it on the day. Just hanging out for Paper Mario and OoT really.

Just finished about 45 minutes of Ghost Recon. Gotta say its a prettier version of Advance Wars. Now I don't know about later in the game but as of where I am you cannot produce units. So your restricted to three where I am. I tried playing on the hardest difficulty but got my ass whooped so I'm going to try playing through as rookie then work my way up.

Its a fairly good game, things like taking cover behind walls and in buildings is something you didn't really do in AdvanceWars (You took cover in cities but this is different). So far the game is pretty fun. Honestly I love both Rayman and Ghost Recon almost equally.

If you liked AdvanceWars and turned based strategy games then you will love Ghost Recon. If you don't like Turn Based Strategy then this is not the game for you.

Ah, well I never played Rayman 2 or Advanced wars so I don't really know what to expect. I'll look into these games more and make my decision, thanks!

I could not find Samurai Warriors anywhere so I picked up PES and Super IV. I have yet to play either game as I have only messed around with thee AR games and that shooting game, took some pictures, and messed with the music software. I may go try Street Fighter now...

Anyone want to give me impressions on Samurai Warriors? I will most likely buy it no matter what, but I want to know about thee options the game has. I been wanting it since I heard about it but was so depressed no place was carrying it (refuse to shop at gamestop).

I got Ghost Recon as my launch game. But I will actually be getting both my 3DS and the game only in a week or so... Not totally a bad thing since i am overloaded with work that needs to get done.

I picked it up with no games and now I'm trying to figure out which one to pick up, I'm not into fightning or racing games and sadly Rayman didn't turn out very good. I was thinking of Steel Diver, has anyone tried it out? Also has anyone tried Ghost Recon or Monkey Ball?

If you`re considering Steel Diver at all my bet is you`ll enjoy it.  Aye $40 is steep but money does feel a bit less relivant around launch time in my experience.

The only game it reminds me of is Lunar Lander from way back in the day.   Lots of intricate slow paced navigation, (which I actually find rewarding due to the touch screen based throtle controls)  with a couple different styles of torpedo combat.  Parascope mode isn`t much more interesting than what you find in face raiders or the AR games but it adds a bit of variety.

I`m glad I picked it up, its a good change of pace from the frantic thumb wreckage of SSF4.
