I don't see why animals in circuses are even legal.

To be honest with you, I was pretty upset when I went to Sea World/Busch Gardens... I mean, the conditions there were obviously much, much better than the ones shown here, but the animal's enclosures were still  small and dull.

Hell, I'd say that only two of the zoos that I've visited have had enclosures worthy of the animals within (Longleat and Colchester).

Animals rights abuses just seem to be acceptable, at some level, to most people. This isn't even animals for food, or product testing... these animals are just for entertainment... which, for me, makes the whole thing much, much sadder.

Poor animal, just standing there, chaind and taking brutal hits...its so sad to see her so defensless and sad, just standing there and taking those hits. She isnt even doing anything wrong. Poor elephant

But I am against banning animals in circuses. Im all in for a better treatment, but dont threw them out of circus. They are so fun to watch !

Fucking revolting. Ban that shit up, anywhere and everywhere. That's the only way to stop such treatment.

Cruelty to animals is what I hate most, since no one stands up for them really. I wonder how the fuck hitting the elephant can even get up in the morning, if I ever got to this, I'd shoot myself.

Nowhere as sad as the case of a bear for me, although bad I don't think it's as bad as the case when a bear was caged somewhere in asia, the bear was starved and didn't have any water, for a week or so and got to the stage where it was drinking coca cola.

That story didn't have a happy ending, it's revolting how much of assholes people can be to animals.

The man was a monster, it wouldnt bother me if he was put down.

 Man, I hate these videos.

The worst one I've seen is the one where racoons are struck against the ground and then skinned in China.

Some of them are actually alive while they are skinned. You could see one raise its head to look at its skinned body before it fainted/died.

 Sick I tell you.

Weak men beat their wives to assert their authority, I can't even fathom a word that could describe the type of people that would express cruelty on animals to assert theirs.

We really need to talk more about animal rights. This is unworthy of humanity.

It's always women's rights, the environmrnt, global warming, racism, abuse of workers, gay rights. Meanwhile the amount of animal suffering is magnitudes higher and not talked about.

Plus we need to target people who openly defend abuse towards animals just as hard as we target racists, sexists and homophobes.

It's getting there. I get a lot of commercials from the ASPCA showing various victimized animals. Very touching commercials, too, and we see this sort of thing voiced on talk shows more

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I didn't click the link, and I don't think I'm going to, but that's just terrible. Hopefully they are severely punished.

And elephants are so intelligent as well, which just makes it all even worse.
