its really weird cause i allways hear people say good things about the yakuza series but all the big reveiwers give it bad scores??

This is a very japanese game and an excelent one because of that. If you like to play something different that has almost nothing to do with our western culture, you should not miss it. Very unique game in a world dominated by FPS and shooters.

I'll get it eventually, Y3 was one of my fave games on PS3. :)

I played the game now 12 hours. honestly guys, buys it to you. This game does everything right and the story is incredible. metal gear solid, ff, yakuza-story on one level, with mgs and yakuza are as much in management. and part 4, you can play without prior knowledge.

My Opinion: now i play this game 16 hours.

i really think sega out did themselves with this sequel. almost every aspect from 3 has been improved and expanded upon. City, NPCs, characters, voices presentation wise have been improved significantly. weather effects like rain have been added.

A very fresh take on RPG/Action/Adventure game for a newcomer to the series

I wonder if they ever released that Super Robot Wars they were supposed to do... or if it ended up the way of the Shin Megami Tensei game.

As for Yakuza... it's really not that hard to play without the language?

I've finished 1 and 2 but still playing 3.
