MHP4 is not coming for a long time.

MH3G is coming to consoles first, most likely PS3 or PS3/Wii. Doubt it'll be Wii exclusive as Wii sales have been horrible in Japan lately.

After that, MHP3G, either PSP or 3DS or most likely both.

After that MH4 on PS3 or Wii2 or PS4.

Then you get MHP4, but that will be a 3DS game.

One. I think he means compatibility with PSN games like I noted in the OP. Why would I have to buy Dead Nation again? Or Sam and Max? Those better be downloadable on NGP with a turnkey, otherwise there's no point to the system.
